Yes, we recommend booking at least 24–48 hours in advance to secure your preferred time and practitioner. You can book via phone or WhatsApp.
2. What should I wear during my treatment?
You’ll be comfortable throughout. For facial or injection treatments, you can keep your own clothes; a modesty cover is provided where needed.
3. Can I customise my treatment?
Absolutely. Every session is bespoke – from combining Profhilo with microneedling to adjusting Botox areas based on your facial expressions.
4. What if I’m late or need to cancel?
Please let us know as soon as possible. Late arrivals may shorten treatment time. Cancellations within 24 hours may incur a fee.
